Planning Sheet
Our Planning Sheet makes it easy to communicate the details of your upcoming meeting to your GCR planner. In addition, it can help you think through the goals and details of your meeting. Please fill out the forms and return them to us via fax or e-mail. We must receive your completed forms at least two weeks prior to the day your meeting begins.

Rooming List
A completed rooming list is needed to register each Ranch attendee. If you have any doubles, please indicate each person's roommate. The rooming list includes a section for special requirements, so please be sure to note any food allergies, handicaps, or special needs. The more complete the information, the faster we can facilitate your attendees' check-in at the Ranch.

Activities List
Our activities list includes information about a wide range of activities to enjoy during your stay at the Ranch. While many on-site activities are included in our complete meeting package, others are available at an additional cost. Please keep in mind that most of these activities must be arranged in advance.

Welcome Letter
Our welcome letter, offered for distribution to your attendees prior to their meeting at Garrett Creek Ranch, introduces attendees to the property, lists on-site recreational activities, and includes a suggested packing list. A map and detailed driving directions are also provided.

Menu Descriptions
Our menus have been developed by our Executive Chef to enhance your meeting experience and provide a true taste of Texas. We are happy to work with you on a selection of wines and other beverages to accompany your meals. After whetting your appetite, please mark your selections on the planning sheets provided on the website.
